Note:

  1. Service Tax, VAT etc on plots, infrastructure, amenities and facilities will be collected on a pro-rata basis along with installments.
  2. All corner plots are 10% extra on the Plot value.
  3. Registration and miscellaneous charges to be made as per the prevailing guidelines and as per actuals respectively at the time of registration.
  4. An amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be deducted as cancellation charges if cancelled before the agreement.
  5. Registration cost, khatha/transfer costs, maintenance cost of the layout, club-house deposits/charges, water meter/registration cost, electricity connection/meter charges will be extra.
  6. The booking advance paid will be adjusted while making the payment of 85% on agreement.
