Yes. The documents / titles are clear. We have obtained legal clearances. Legal opinion will be handed over to you at the time of signing the Agreement to sell. A complete set of title deeds will be available at CLA Office for review.

Is CLA’s Palm Springs approved by Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA)?
We have already filed applications for conversion and Layout approval to MUDA. This is a Pre-launch offer only to privileged associates / existing customers of Alliance Group.
