WARRANTY STATEMENT:

We guarantee your villa to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of possession. This warranty does not cover wear and tear. We will not warranty any product that has been misused, has not received proper care, or has been remodeled by you, repaired or otherwise modified by the customer himself.

We guarantee our product against defects and will repair all required items and in cases where replacement is essential, we replace the part with a new part during the warrantee period. We promise that all of this will happen with a smile.

The developer reserves the right to make changes, amendments, and modifications to this offering. This document is conceptual and nothing contained in this website will take precedence over the final agreement.

We have a commitment to your personal satisfaction. That's why we have a 1-year Warranty on the villa that we have custom designed for you. Alliance offers custom designed homes that are built-to-suit your needs on contract basis. You get to select the plot, the floor plan, the flooring, the kitchen features, the bathroom finish and other options. We have immense confidence in our work - our construction processes, designs, methodologies and materials and we stand by what we do. We offer a 1-year Warranty on all villas that we offer at 10 Downing. The 1-year Warranty will cover against: Structural problems and cracks: If ever noticed, such problems shall be attended to immediately as per required engineering standards. Sanitary fittings: We provide Jaquar fittings and any problem shall be immediately attended to and if it is not repairable, we shall replace it with a new fitting. Hardware: We offer premium door handles, hinges and other hardware. In case of any problem, we shall arrange to repair it or if the product needs a replacement, we shall happily replace it for you. Electrical wiring, switches and MCBs/ELCB: We use Finolex wiring and excellent quality switches, any problem will be immediately rectified or the product will be replaced if not repairable. Paint: We offer premium quality paints. However, sometimes when there is a mistake in application and there is peeling-off of paint, we shall scrape that area and repaint that particular area. Plumbing & Sanitary lines: All plumbing and sanitary lines shall be repaired when a problem is noticed. Through this warranty, we will ensure that your property remains in premium condition for generations to come.
