Do you offer warranty for the house that we buy at 10 Downing?
Yes. For the first time in the history of housing industry, we are offering our customers 1 year warranty on the house that they purchase.

Structural problems & cracks, Sanitary fittings, Hardware, Electrical wiring, Switches & MCBs/ELCB, Paints, Plumbing and Sanitary lines.

We have in-house architects who will sit with you and do the design of the villa from scratch that will fit your style and your family needs.

Do you also offer standard villa plans and elevations?
Yes, we offer 6 standard floor plans that the customer can choose from.

What facilities do you offer at 10 Downing?

Do I get a membership in the club?

What types of security arrangements are made at 10 Downing?
10 Downing has a fort like peripheral compound wall 7 feet high and is further fortified with barbed wire 3 feet high thus providing 10 feet of security. There is a single entry into 10 Downing manned by security guards 24 hours, 365 days.

Will there be internal compound walls?
We will provide 5 feet high compound wall in the back of the house. There will not be any compound wall on the road face of the house. The other 2 sides will have a compound wall up to 80% of the length of the plot.

Do you do the landscaping for every house?
Yes. We landscape and grow the lawns & plants for every house.

What type of roads are you providing at 10 Downing?
We are providing premium quality cement concrete roads with granite cladding.

How do you price the villa?
The cost of villa is broken into 3 parts.
1. Cost of plot 2. Cost of construction 3. Deposits & Govt charges.

What are Deposits & Govt. charges?
Katha & Assessment charges, BESCOM & BWSSB deposits, Registration charges, Works contract tax, Maintenance deposit.

Is 10 Downing approved by banks and housing finance companies?
Yes, 10 Downing is pre-approved by several premier financial institutions.

Can I avail of a home loan?
Yes.

Do I get any special payment discounts when I make the entire payment at one time?
Yes. We offer 5% discount for one time payment. However, management reserves the right of not accepting one time payment.

What is the payment required to be made at the time of booking?
Booking amount is Rs. 1,00,000 and the final allotment and agreement will be made on payment of 20% of cost of the home minus the booking amount. The balance 80% is to be paid in instalments at various stages of construction.

When will you register the property in my name?
Normally, we shall register the plot in your name when the bare structure of the villa is completed. However if the customer is interested in getting it registered in the beginning, the customer has to pay the total cost of the plot, plus 10% of the cost of construction and get the plot registered in their name.

When will my warranty period start?
Your warranty period starts once you take possession of the villa.

When will my warranty period end?
1 year from the time you take possession of the villa.
