How do you price the villa?
The cost of villa is broken into 3 parts.

tax, Maintenance deposit.

finance companies?

Can I avail of a home loan?

Do I get any special payment discounts
when I make the entire payment at one time?
Yes. We offer 5% discount for one time
payment. However, management reserves the right of not accepting
one time payment.
What is the payment required to be made
at the time of booking?
Booking amount is Rs. 1,00,000 and the
final allotment and agreement will be made on payment of 20%
of cost of the home minus the booking amount. The balance
80% is to be paid in instalments at various stages of construction.

When will you register the property in my name?
Normally, we shall register the plot in
your name when the bare structure of the villa is completed.
However if the customer is interested in getting it registered
in the beginning, the customer has to pay the total cost of
the plot, plus 10% of the cost of construction and get the
plot registered in their name.
When will my warranty period start?
Your warranty period starts once you take
possession of the villa.
When will my warranty period end?
1 year from the time you take possession of the villa.
